Mystery Ghar (mysteryghar.com) is an online mystery game run by Vishal Mishra, India. By using the website or the app you agree to these terms.

The game

Anyone can play the free cases and the solo puzzles without paying and without an account. Free rooms have limits (cases, players, game length, and a number of games per day and per month for each phone and internet connection), and we may change them. Solo puzzles are always free.
Some cases and bigger rooms need an unlock code. Only the person who creates a room needs a code. Players who join are never charged.
Please choose a friendly player name. We may remove names or rooms that are offensive.

A code is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and never renews by itself.
Each plan says what it opens: which cases, how many players per room, how many games (for event plans), and for how long.
The time starts when you start your first game with the code, not when you buy it. Please use a code for the first time within 90 days of buying it.
A game that has started always runs to the end, even if the code’s time runs out during it.
A code is for you, your friends, your team or your event. Please don’t post it publicly or sell it. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly or used to cheat.

Prices are shown on the Plans page. In India they are in rupees and include all taxes. Outside India they are in US dollars.
Payments are handled by Razorpay: in rupees in India, in US dollars elsewhere. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Delivery: this is a digital product. Your code appears on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed, and is emailed to you if you gave your email. Nothing is shipped. If you don’t get your code within 1 hour, contact us with your payment ID.

The cases, puzzles and pictures are original work. Please don’t copy them into other games or products.
The game has mild crime and murder themes and is meant for ages 13 and over.

We work hard to keep the game running, but we can’t promise it will never be down. If a paid game can’t be played because of a problem on our side, we will extend your code or refund you (see the refund policy).
We may add cases, change free and paid features, or change prices for future purchases. Codes you already bought keep what they promised.
These terms follow the laws of India.
